Delivery

Delivery is free on orders over ₹999. Orders below ₹999 have a ₹20 delivery and handling charge, shown at checkout before you pay.

In and around Bengaluru: orders usually arrive within 1 to 2 working days of ordering.

Rest of India: we pack and dispatch orders within 3 to 4 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). When your order ships, we'll send you a tracking link by email or SMS.

Remote pin codes can take a few days longer. If your order hasn't arrived 10 days after dispatch, write to us and we'll follow up with the courier.

Damaged or wrong item

If your parcel arrives damaged or opened, or with the wrong product, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement free.

Common questions

Is this a medicine?

No. These are daily supplements, not a treatment. If your pet is unwell, see your vet first, and keep giving any medicine they prescribe.

How do I give it?

Mix the powder into one meal. Cani-Gut is given once a day. Cani-Cal is given on alternate days, as a course. The amount for your pet’s weight is printed on each label.

Can dogs and cats share the same jar?

Yes. Both supplements are made for dogs and cats. Only the amount changes with your pet’s weight.

Is it safe for puppies and kittens?

Cani-Gut can be given from one month old, at the puppy or kitten amount on the label. Don’t give it to pregnant pets. For Cani-Cal, ask your vet first if your pet is a puppy, pregnant, or has kidney problems. Both contain soy.

How soon will I see a difference?

With Cani-Gut, stools often settle within the first one or two weeks. Changes to skin and coat usually take a month or more.

How long does delivery take?

1 to 2 working days in Bengaluru. Everywhere else, we dispatch within 3 to 4 working days. Delivery is free on orders over ₹999, and ₹20 below that. You can pay by UPI, card or net banking.

How should I store it?

Keep the jar closed, at room temperature, away from sunlight and moisture. Don’t freeze it. Use Cani-Gut within 6 weeks of opening.
