Cancelling an order
You can cancel any time before we dispatch it, for a full refund. Email hello@canilife.in with your order number.

Returns
Unopened jars with the seal intact can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Email us with your order number and we'll arrange a pickup where the courier serves your pin code. If it doesn't, we'll send you an address to post it to.

Because these are food supplements, we can't take back opened jars, for safety reasons. If an opened jar has a problem, for example a broken seal on arrival, damp or clumped powder, or a pet who won't touch it, please write to us anyway and we'll look at each case.

Damaged, leaking or wrong items
Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it free. You don't need to send it back.

Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
