1.1 Domestic Shipping:
We currently ship products only within India.

1.2 International Shipping:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

 


 

2. Order Processing Time

2.1 Standard Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2.2 Delays in Processing:
While we strive to adhere to our processing timelines, there may be delays during high-demand periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

2.3 Notification of Delay:
In case of any delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email or SMS with an updated timeline.

 


 

3. Shipping Timeframes and Delivery

3.1 Standard Shipping Times:
Delivery timelines vary based on the customer's location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Metropolitan Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

3.2 Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your shipment's progress.

3.3 Delays in Delivery:
Cani Life is not liable for delays caused by external factors, such as weather conditions, logistical issues, or unforeseen circumstances outside our control.

 


 

4. Shipping Charges

4.1 Flat Shipping Rates:
We charge a flat shipping fee based on order size and destination, which will be displayed during checkout.

4.2 Free Shipping:
Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain value. Please refer to our website or promotional communications for applicable offers.

4.3 Additional Costs:
For areas designated as "remote" by our logistics partners, additional shipping fees may apply. These fees will be communicated to the customer prior to order confirmation.

 


 

5. Order Issues

5.1 Incorrect Shipping Address:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of placing the order. Cani Life will not be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5.2 Damaged Goods During Transit:
If your product arrives damaged, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Please send an email to info@canilife.in with supporting images or videos. We will initiate a replacement or refund after verifying the claim.

5.3 Lost Packages:
If a shipment is lost in transit, Cani Life will work with the logistics partner to resolve the issue. Resolutions may include resending the product or issuing a refund.

5.4 Non-Delivery:
If the delivery attempt fails due to the recipient being unavailable, it is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate with the logistics company to arrange re-delivery.

 


 

6. Logistics Partner and Responsibility

6.1 Third-Party Logistics:
Cani Life works with reputable third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.

6.2 Liability for Shipping Errors:
While we strive for error-free shipping, Cani Life will not be held responsible for delays or damages caused directly by the logistics company.

6.3 Customer Responsibility:
Once a package leaves our facility, it is under the care of the logistics provider. Customers are encouraged to monitor their tracking details for updates.

 


 

7. Delivery Confirmation

7.1 Proof of Delivery:
Our logistics partners require proof of delivery, such as a signature or OTP verification. Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the package at the specified address.

7.2 Undelivered Packages:
If a package cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to Cani Life. Customers may be required to pay additional shipping fees for re-dispatch.
